2 tablespoons of loose tea makes 1 quart of delicious tea. Both cold and hot infusions work great, with cold infusion being the preferred preparation method in order to maintain as many benefits of this herbal tea as possible. To cold brew simply stew for 6-12 hours in cold water. For hot brew stew up to 10 minutes. Sweeten to your liking.
